American diet highly consists of processed foods. Processed food does not contain all nutrients and vitamins which we need for a healthy life. On a other hand people who are very conscious about their fitness and normally follow some diet plans may feel fatigue and weakness easily. It is because these people lack many powerful nutrients and other vitamins in their diet which makes them dizzy. All such people who does not take vitamin and minerals regularly in their diet they should take nutritional vitamin fiber supplements.

Nutritional vitamin fiber supplements are not only good for our health but they help in digestion too. They are type of carbohydrates which are very necessary to keep us healthy. They help our body to reduce cholesterol absorption and to expel out waste material from our body. They help to keep our body away from chronic diseases like heart disease and hypertension. There are three main types of nutritional vitamin fiber supplement available in market which are following:

Psyllium:
It is very effective digestive aid. It is highly recommended for constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome. It is also very effective for reducing cholesterol. Its only side effect known is causing gas in stomach.

Methylcellulose:
It is synthetic supplement and very similar to psyllium. It does not digests and stays in the intestinal tract. Due to its fluid absorption qualities, it works for diarrhea. It is also recommended for same disease as psyllium. It also causes gas in stomach but in a less quantity.

Polycarbophil:
It is very effective for treating diarrhea, constipation and chronic digestive problems. It is used for a long term use. It has lowest risk of causing gas in a stomach.

Due to our improper diet habits we need to take these fibers. If we take a balance diet and consume more fruits, vegetables, beans, and grains we may not need these supplements. Before starting any supplement take advice from your doctor.
