Hairs play an important role in looks. Beautiful hairs gives beautiful looks to a person. If a person starts loosing his/her hair, he/she starts worrying about it. Vitamin E:
Vitamin E is considered as affective not only for hair loss but it prevents graying hairs as well.

Sources: vegetable oil, mayonnaise, peanuts, whole grains, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes and yams.
